By Registering on the Club Apparel Mobile App, you accept the terms and conditions of Club Apparel – the Loyalty programme of Apparel Group (comprising of Apparel LLC, Montreal Trading LLC, Shoe Plaza LLC, Dynamic Fashion LLC, AGI General Trading LLC, Miraqe General Trading LLC, and Apparel General Trading). Apparel Group reserves the right to amend, cancel or change the terms and conditions or suspend the loyalty programme at any time without notice, and Apparel Group has the sole discretion on the same. The terms and conditions of the Club Apparel Loyalty programme, referred to as “Club Apparel, ” are listed below.

  • The Club Apparel membership commences when the customer registers into the programme using the mobile application, validating the account with One Time Password, providing the Date of Birth, and setting up a password.
  • The membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of joining the programme. At least one purchase per year is a prerequisite for successive membership renewal.
  • Apparel Group reserves the right to terminate any membership without notice at its sole discretion. Any discontinuance of membership does not limit Apparel Group’s right to use information/data collected on members during the membership term.
  • This programme is applicable across all approved participating retail stores of the Apparel Group and its partners.
  • Only one (1) membership per GSM phone number.
  • The membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the authenticated/validated member. The customer needs to complete successful OTP validation on the registered number to complete the authentication.
  • Membership charges and terms, if any, will be decided by Apparel Group at its sole discretion.
  • Club Apparel members can earn points on purchasing any regular-priced merchandise except in Outlet Malls/clearance sales.
  • A valid point equal to one (1) United Arab Emirates Dirham. Customers accessing the app from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain will receive their currency equivalent benefit in their respective countries.
  • Points can only be earned/redeemed through the Mobile App. Customers must complete their Club Apparel Mobile App profile to redeem points.
  • Club Apparel Points are valid for redemption within one year from the date of purchase.
  • Brand Points validity is decided by Club Apparel while rewarding the points; the point’s expiry date can be checked on the mobile app.
  • Points earning structure may vary from brand to brand and format to format. Kindly refer to the Club Apparel Mobile App for the latest point-earned structure.
  • Points earned on full-priced products versus sale/promotion products may vary.
  • Members can earn points while redeeming Apparel Gift Cards. Points are not issued upon purchase of an Apparel Gift Card.
  • Points are issued on the Net tendered amount in Cash/Credit Card/Debit Card, excluding the VAT amount. For example, points are not given on promotional gift voucher amounts.
  • Apparel Group may reject to reward or redeem points for failure to pay for the purchases, breach of these conditions, or any judicious reason, and the member shall have no right to claim the points.
  • Points cannot be transferred between member accounts. However, a member can change the number by editing the number on the mobile app and re-validating the same.
  • Points can never be exchanged or transferred to cash but can only be claimed against purchases in Club Apparel participating stores.
  • Apparel Group will deduct points at the time of refund if any are awarded on purchase.
  • All points belong to Apparel Group and may never be exchanged for goods not approved by Apparel Group.
  • Membership rights are reserved with Apparel Group and are subject to its approval. Membership can be terminated in the event of a member failing to comply with these Terms & Conditions, supplying any false or misleading information, abusing any membership privileges, not using the membership for 12 months, or in case of the death of the member or becoming bankrupt or under the discretion of Apparel Group for judicious reasons.
  • A member may cancel their membership by giving Apparel Group a written cancellation request through email at casupport@clubapparel.com
  • In case of such termination, Apparel Group shall not be responsible for any points available in the member’s account.
  • Apparel Group shall not be responsible for any data loss or corruption of data or its confidentiality or the likes of the customer. No claim of whatever nature in this regard shall lie against Apparel Group by the customer or a third party.
  • Apparel Group also does not take responsibility for any lost points/discrepancy of points earned or any claim for damage to a mobile phone due to a Club Apparel membership.
  • Apparel Group shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage or unauthorised use of the mobile phones/membership/mobile app account. The member is responsible for ensuring the safety of his mobile phone, mobile app account and/or the password allotted to them.
  • Any loss of mobile or sim card should be intimated to Apparel Group immediately; failing to do so causes the member to be liable for the loss of the points and will not hold Apparel Group responsible for any loss occurring due to such events,
  • All conditions and warranties, whether expressed or implied and whether arising under legislation or otherwise, as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any reward supplied are expressly excluded to the full extent permitted by law. Any liability that cannot be entirely excluded is limited, where permitted, to replacing or crediting the value of the Loyalty points at our discretion.
  • Apparel Group shall not be responsible in any way for technical faults by third parties and service providers as they are beyond the control of Apparel Group. Apparel Group shall, at best, endeavour to sort out the said problem.

A member consents to receiving communication through WhatsApp by their enrollment into the programme. If a member wishes to unsubscribe, then they shall call and inform 800-APPAREL (2772735) or email casupport@clubapparel.com

The decision of Apparel Group on all matters of this membership shall be final and binding on the parties. The GCC laws shall govern this, and the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive Jurisdiction.

  • At the time of registering for the programme, the customers must and should agree to the mentioned T&Cs to opt in.
  • There is no fee from Club Apparel to receive messages. Message and data rates may apply – this can be checked with your mobile service provider. Charges are billed and payable to your mobile service provider or deducted from your prepaid account. Consent is not a requirement for purchase.
  • Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your cell phone number, your carrier’s name and the date, time and content of your messages. We may use this information to contact you and provide your requested services. Alerts sent via SMS may not be delivered if the mobile phone is not in range of a transmission site or if sufficient network capacity is unavailable at a particular time.   • Member(s) can earn & redeem points on purchases made across all the available channels of 6thStreet, such as but not limited to the 6thStreet Mobile Application, 6thStreet Website, etc.; this is subject to the Terms and Conditions of 6thStreet and Club Apparel.

  • Club Apparel reserves the right to suspend/discontinue the programme without notice and modify and alter any or all its contents, products and services on the mobile application.
  • The Member agrees that for any issues related to order on 6thStreet which could be and are not limited to Product, Service, Delivery, Payments, Refunds, Cancellation, etc., the Member will connect with 6thStreet and understands that Club Apparel does not play any role with 6thStreet operations including sale and delivery of products from 6thStreet.
  • In relation to any returns, the terms of product return belonging to 6thStreet are applied. Club Apparel does not undertake any responsibilities for the disputes which may arise from terms of product return belonging to 6thStreet.
  • Club Apparel shall not be liable for any issues related to quality of service, wrong delivery of order, order mismatch, poor quality, incorrect pricing, time taken to deliver the order, etc.
  • Club Apparel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential losses or damages from the use or inability to use the mobile application. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury from our negligence.
  • To the extent permitted by law, Club Apparel provides its mobile application, features, and integrations with 6thStreet and content on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. We make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the content or availability of this site, or that it will be timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Tim Hortons – Loyalty Points program EARNING POINTS.
The program is applicable across all Tim Hortons stores across the GCC.

A member may earn points on qualifying transactions on or after their enrollment date. Earned reward points are awarded on amounts net of taxes and will be valid for 6 months from the date of accrual

  • Members will collect 1 Tim Hortons point against AED 1 worth item purchased in KSA

OLD Stamp conversion into new Tim Hortons Loyalty Points

Therefore, a customer who is having stamps in the old app, the stamp value will automatically be converted into Tim Hortons points in the new app loyalty rewards basket.
For example: If a customer has 3 stamps it will reflect as 6 Tim Hortons points and so on. Converted Tim Hortons points will be valid for 1 month from the date of conversion.

Cold Stone Creamery
  • Members will earn AED 12 worth of points on every AED 100 worth of spend net of taxes between Club Apparel & F&B points
  • Members will earn SAR 12 worth of points on every SAR 100 worth of spend net of taxes between Club Apparel & F&B points
  • Members will earn QAR 12 worth of points on every QAR 100 worth of spend net of taxes between Club Apparel & F&B points
  • Members will earn OMR 12 worth of points on every OMR 100 worth of spend net of taxes between Club Apparel & F&B points

  • Club Apparel and R&B, their subsidiaries, Partners, platform service providers, marketing service providers, etc., reserves the right to analyse, interpret, and use Member-generated personal and generic data to create a better experience on the Club Apparel and R&B platforms.
  • Member agrees to indemnify and hold Club Apparel, R&B, their parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, agents, officers, directors, or other employees harmless from any claim, demand, or damage (whether direct, indirect, or consequential), including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by anyone in connection with the Member’s use of the site, submissions, with any alleged infringement of intellectual property or other right of any person or entity relating to the Application, the Member’s violation of these Terms of Use, and any other acts or omissions relating to the site.
  • Club Apparel reserves the right to suspend/discontinue the programme without any notice and modify and alter any or all its contents, products and services on the mobile application.
  • The Member agrees that for any issues related to orders on www.randbfashion.com, which could be but are not limited to Products, Services, Delivery, Payments, Refunds, Cancellation, etc., the Member will connect with the R&B team and understands that Club Apparel does not play any role with R&B’s operations including sale and delivery of products.
  • In relation to any returns, the terms of product return belonging to R&B are applied. Club Apparel does not undertake any responsibilities for the disputes arising from terms of product return belonging to R&B.
  • Club Apparel shall not be liable for any issues related to quality of service, wrong delivery of order, order mismatch, poor quality, incorrect pricing, time taken to deliver the order, etc.
  • Club Apparel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential losses or damages from the use or inability to use the mobile application. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury from our negligence.
  • To the extent permitted by law, Club Apparel provides its mobile application, features and integrations with www.randbfashion.com and content on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. We make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the content or availability of this site, or that it will be timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • Neither Club Apparel nor Club Apparel directors, officers, agents, employees or contractors shall have any liability for any direct, indirect, special or consequential losses or damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business or loss of profits), arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the use or inability to use the website. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our agents or employees.

Brand Points Terms & Conditions
GCC & India

  • Brand points promotions are exclusive for Club Apparel Members only.
  • Brand points are given on occasional events/promotions only for a limited period.
  • The Accrual rate of Brand points varies from promotion to promotion; Apparel Group reserves the right to change the Accrual rate without notice.
  • Points are given on the purchase of specific products from participating stores only.
  • Brand Points can only be earned/redeemed through the Club Apparel Mobile App.
  • The redemption rate of Brand Point can vary from promotion to promotion.
  • To redeem points, customers must complete their Club Apparel Mobile App profile.
  • Brand Point of one Brand cannot be redeemed at another Brand Store.
  • Brand Points cannot be transferred to any other Club Apparel Member.
  • Brand Points can never be exchanged for cash or other Brand/Club Apparel Points.
  • The Expiry date of Brand Points varies for different promotions; the same will be mentioned in the Club Apparel Mobile App for any specific promotion.
  • Points are issued on the Net tendered in Cash/Credit Card/Debit Card.
  • Points are calculated on the Net Amount (Total Price – VAT Amount).
  • Points are not issued on promotional gift voucher amounts.
  • Apparel Group will deduct brand points at the time of refund if any awarded-on purchase.
  • All points belong to Apparel Group and may never be exchanged for goods not approved by Apparel Group.
  • Apparel Group is not responsible for any lost points/discrepancy of Brand Points earned.
  • Brand Points cannot be redeemed to purchase Gift cards.
  • Brand Points CANNOT be earned on Purchases made by BEAM WALLET.
  • Brand Points can only be redeemed across all stores in the original offer/promotion region except Outlet Stores/Malls.
  • Brand Points promotion details for all the active promotions will be defined in the respective Brand Points promotion update. This can be viewed in the Club Apparel Update section of the App. The qualification for minimum transaction amount (if any) will be stated in the Club Apparel Update section.

Coupon Terms & Conditions
GCC

  • Coupons can only be earned/redeemed through the Club Apparel Mobile App.
  • Coupons are exclusive; only club apparel members can avail of a coupon.
  • Coupons cannot be transferred to other members.
  • Coupons can be brand-specific and used only in particular brands as per the promotion T&Cs of the Coupon.
  • Coupons can be used only in specific stores as per the Brand promotion (as defined in the T&Cs of the Coupon).
  • Coupons can be with or without transaction amount restrictions as per brand promotion (as defined in the T&Cs of the Coupon).
  • Coupons validity varies for different promotions and is decided by the brand; the coupon expiry date can be checked on the mobile app.
  • Coupons can be used multiple times/Single time as per the promotion but only during the Promotion Period (as defined in the T&Cs of the Coupon).
  • Coupons cannot be used on Sale items.
  • Coupons cannot be used on the purchase of Gift Cards.
